On a quiet street on North Broadway and Lake street lies a terrific hi rise called Heritage Tower, located at 15 Stewart Place.  Built in 1972, the building has mostly spacious 2 and 3 bedroom units with ample closet space, large windows, parquet floors and an underground garage.  There is also a 24 hour concierge and an elevator with 12 floors.  Every unit has one of two large terraces, and many have fabulous distant views. At present there is a monthly assessment to replenish the reserve fund for future updates to the building. There is electric heat and laundry on each floor.In front are plenty of extra parking spaces for overnight parking for guests.  Every unit gets at least one garage space.  The White Plains train station is .67 miles and walkable, there are also buses.  The commute is an easy 33 minutes during rush hour.  The building is pet friendly (only dogs up to 40 lbs. permitted.)
